Installing Microsoft Teams on MacOS


Step 1: Go to: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/download-app


Step 2: On the ‘Download Microsoft Teams’ web page, select Download for desktop. 


Step 3: On the ‘Download Teams on your desktop for work’ web page, select Download Teams. 


Step 4: On the Mac, select the Finder icon then Downloads. 


Step 5: Double click the Teams_osx package


Step 6: On the ‘Install Microsoft Teams Window’, select Continue. 


Step 7: On the ‘Install Microsoft Teams Window’, select Continue. 


Step 8: On the ‘Install Microsoft Teams Window’, select Install. 


Step 9: On the ‘Installer is trying to install new software’ window, in the ‘Password:’ textbox enter your Mac Password.


Step 10: On the ‘Install Microsoft Teams Window’, select Close.
