Step 1: Click on your 'Profile Picture' in the top left

Step 2: Click the 'Settings' Gear Icon in the bottom left

Step 3: Click on 'Signature'

Step 4: Remove 'Get Outlook for Android' text

You have now removed Get Outlook for Android text
