Step 1: Click on 'Calls' on the left hand side in Microsoft Teams

Step 2: Enter the number you would like to ring. (NOTE: You may have to press 'Dial a number' to see the dial pad)

A new Microsoft Teams window will open like it would with a normal Teams call.
