Step 1: On a ongoing call, click the 3 dots in the top right


Step 2: There are 2 option to transfer you can 'Transfer' or 'Consult then Transfer'


'Transfer' is if you wish to transfer the caller without speaking to the destination user first


'Consult then Transfer' is if you wish to talk to the destination user about the callers inquire/issue before transfer them over.


Step 3: Type/Select the user you wish to transfer to (NOTE: The destination user must have a active M365 Voice License)


Step 4: Click on Transfer
