1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. In the Menu select Home, then New Email.
3. In the ‘From’ text field, enter your email address (if necessary).
4. In the ‘To’ text field, enter helpdesk@simultechit.com.
5. In the ‘Subject’ text field, enter a summary of the problem.
6. In the email body text field, enter a detailed description of the problem.
7. In the Outlook Ribbon select Attach File and navigate to the location of the file to be attached (if you wish to attach a
file).
8. Select Send.
• You have now successfully logged a ticket with SimultechIT!
• You will receive email notifications from the helpdesk as to which technician is working on your ticket and any updates.
• When the technician solves your problem, they will close the ticket. You will need to raise a new ticket for any new problem.
