In this guide you will learn how to use Outlook Templates through the Quick Steps button.
- Open your Outlook Application.
- On the top pane, locate the ‘Quick Steps’ section and select the drop-down button.
- The list of ‘Quick Steps’ will expand, and you will see all the quick steps you’ve set up in your Outlook.
- Choose the template you want to use and a New Email window will open with the chosen template.
