Follow the steps below to link your work account to the Outlook app in your mobile phone (iPhone and Android). Make sure you have Outlook application and Microsoft Authenticator application installed on your phone before you follow the steps below.


  • Find and open the Outlook application on your phone.
  • Once the app opens, click on "Add Account".

  • Type your work email address and then click "Add Account".


Please note that the step below might not happen when you sign-in to your Outlook application. If it doesn't happen, jump to the next step.
  • The browser in your phone might open redirecting you to Google's sing-in page. If this happens just click on the top-left corner where "Done" is located to close this window.

  • You'll be redirected to the Outlook app and then you need to click on "Set Up Account Manually".

  • From here, you need to click on "Microsoft 365".

  • On this screen, click on "Open Authenticator", which will open the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Please note that the next step can ask for your email address twice. If it does, please do it.
  • You'll be redirected to JumpCloud's login page where you need to enter your username and then the password for your account and then click on "SSO Login".

  • Microsoft will ask you if you trust the company's domain. Click on "Continue."
  • A new screen will appear asking you if you want to link another account. Click on "Maybe Later".
  • Your mailbox will then load and you might be asked to enable Outlook notifications.
